Replaced battery and no power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I accidentally left the lights on in my P.O.S. 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid commuter.  I
tried jumping it with my other vehicle the next day and nothing.  I then replaced the
battery that was 10 years old with a brand new one and again nothing.  No lights on in
the interior, no click, no power getting from the battery to the rest of the car.  I heard of
a fusible link, that may be the problem, but I have absolutely no idea where that is in
this particular piece of junk... I can't find anything online showing where it could be
either.  Please help!

Check the under-hood fuse box for a blown 30-60 amp maxi fuse, labeled "starter" or "ignition."

I can't find one with that on it. I looked at the key and none of them indicate "starter" or "ignition." Would those prevent ANY power from getting to the interior of the car? Nothing at all lights up.
