Im going to buy a used 2015 porsche panamera
hybrid and i want to now if is worth it or go with the
desiel.(repairs maintenace economy). Also i read
that batteries of hybrid last until 100,000 miles. Is
it true that to buy a new battery cost 20k !!!!

Hybrids are expensive to repair but anyone driving a Porsche should have ample finances to spare.

It's a $10,000 liquid-cooled battery . I know aftermarket can let you have it for $5000, but if it's not balanced across the eight modules, with 13 prismatic lithium ion cells each, at at least 99.98%, it will only last 2 to 2.5 years at best. Balancing is a selection process that takes a giant warehouse, much bigger than Costco store. I doubt balancing is done for aftermarket batteries.
