It is a 2020 so take it to the dealership and stop messing around with it.

It's under warranty and the Kia Dealer will fix it for free! Hope that helps! Jim

I was told that this app ppl will try helping u solve the problem. If that was the case I would off took it to the dealer long time ago thanks for the help

Don't want to sound like I was trying to blow you off! But new or late model vehicles should be repaired by the Dealer when they're still under warranty. Why pay for something when you can get it for free? Jim
