I have a learner permit ,I want to buy a car from
Cargurus private seller .but I need to get my ID
verified .Driver license shows up as a mandatory
,but I have a learner permit at this point . Can you
please get me verified alternatively???

Get help from an adult with a DL.

Thank you for your response ... unfortunately I have no one that can let me use their driver license and I am buying the car for myself
I am not suggesting you use a DL that is not yours. Just that an adult help you out and initiate the contact. I suggest you go through a different source. You can buy a car off of Craig's List in a face to face transaction.
Check with your states DMV for more specifics. Buying a vehicle with a leaners permit is permitted in most states, if you pay cash. Registering to drive the vehicle requires a valid drivers license. How close to taking the drivers exam are you?
Price insurance, repairs, maintenance and gas before buying anything.

Use your permit number. In most States your permit number will become your driver's license number when you pass the tests. Hope that helps! Jim
