97 Nissan Maxima will not start

I did a tune up and replace the egr valve, the car
started and after 5 mins it died and now it won't
start at all.

I'm not sure went wrong, I thought it was the fuel pump but I disconnected the fuel filter line and fuel began to shoot out so I know it's not the relay it fuel pump. I went ahead and replaced the fuel filter anyways
