I've been having a lot of trouble with my car lately multiple codes on check engine light car when I turn it on it runs smooth for a second but after awhile it starts to run where the car is idling

When I changed the iat sensor  I
accidentally  left the car on when I plugged
the maf sensor back could the maf sensor  
need replacing because  of that  was
driving fine before this happened trying to
see if replacing the sensor will solve it or is
it something  else

i would buy maf cleaner from parts store and clean the sensor and the part the sensore pluggs in to first
