my Mustang does not want to start don't know what's wrong with it

I got a new starter solenoid and it did
not want to turn over all there is is
just loud like clicks like if the
alternator is bad which is it is not
cause I tested it there at autozone

Double check battery voltage, battery connections and frame / block ground connections. All connections need to be clean and tight.

Also check connections at solenoid and starter. If none of that helps check for voltage at starter with key in the start position.

You should probably inspect the ignition , maybe it's only sending the signal BACK (dashboard) instead of actually to the Starter. May also want to check the battery cables...
