I have a 1978 Mustang Cobra, 2.8L V-6 4-speed with 60,000 original miles. Black with gold striping. Body has some rust but easily repaired. Approximate value?

As Papa replied-around the 12-1500 mark..unfortunantly-yours has the v-6,,which is a major down-fall,as to resell..especially,in the cobra II...

What about a 77 mustang II with a swapped V8 in it? 4 speed decent body

As for a classic--VIN,tells all..A non-matching v-8 mustang II,,will still bring 1200--1500,where as ,a true V-8,,Mach I,or cobraII,will bring,around 25-3000,in my neck,of the woods..If you happen to be one of the lucky few( I have 2) owners,of a king cobra V-8,4-speed,,Name your price!!! I"ve seen them go,for as much,as 10,000 plus!!!!(btw-both of my kings,are automatic)......
