I have 1995 nissan altima gxe sometime when I start it, it starts slow and when I turn the key off and on it starts what could be the problem

When you say " it starts slow" does that mean the engine is turning slowly? If that's the case - the starter motor is on it's way out. It couldn't be a battery or the connections because it would do it all the time. It can't be a relay because the starter gets the signal or it doesn't. It's probably short brushes in the starter arcing on the commutator.

there is an oil leak which drips onto the distributor, causing the distributor to disintegrate...you may want to look at your distributor and the surrounding wiring to see just how oil soaked it is....in my case the thing started firing in on the intake stroke causing bent connecting rods and basically destroying the motor....so yes this distributor's health IS important....check it out, have climbed thru this dark alley of sorrow before, myself~

Your battery is Low-Voltage and just keeps holdin' on...No replace your battery with a brand-new one and the starting problems will magically disappear....serious about the oil leaks up there, take a look at the front of your engine....no really, do it.

Nine years old, TS and keeps holding on....that's just it...it won't die all at once, but issues with the inconvenient problems instead~
I think the prob. is the battery.clean te poles then recheck if the problem persist.Second choice. the solenoid of the starter.Auto Zone or pep boys can change complete unit.(stater)lifetime warranty..
