Toyota entune suite grayed out

I am trying to set up remote connect on my Toyota
Camry 2020 xse and I am still on my trial period but
when the Toyota app is telling me to enter a code
on the entertainment screen, I cant because the
remote connect app is grayed out! I am connected
to Bluetooth and unplugged the usb Apple CarPlay
wire already and it is still grayed out please help me
out!

I just came back from Toyota yesterday. They advised me that Entune is “gone for good” and we can only use apple car play. Guess non Apple users are SOL? I got the number for customer service but haven’t called yet.
