do i need change oil or just something wrong?

i had a 2020 honda accord ex  the system show me
15% due soon change oil when i only been drive 3k  
two month later 1.6k add to my car  the 15%due
soon show again   my mean just 1.6k mile is this
just about my bad drive habit or something wrong
like leak?i been doing uber eat at city lately like 20
short trip to shop and 20 to customer does this
matter?plase anyone help me

The computer calculates the engine oil life by your driving habits and engine temperature. Since stop and go driving is harder on a vehicle than expressway driving the oil life goes down faster. I'd get the oil and filter change. Especially on a new vehicle. Hope that helps! Jim
