Honestly if you looking for good deal I think certified pre owned is not bad option because you can get them for low mileage and cheaper price. Not to mention that the honda will last 250k and more miles as long as u decently take care of it.
I doubt you will see any real price drop until the end of the year. Negotiation is the way to get a lower price, not waiting for the dealer to lower the price.
