i have a 1997 ford escort lx 2.0 i put a timing belt%2C waterpump%2C coil pack%2C wires%2C spark plugs%2C IAC%2C egr%2C mass air flow sensor%2C o2 sensors%2C and what ever else you need to replace when i have tried all i can think of. i have a 99 ford escort lx 5 speed new tranny and clutch. the other day i was going up the hill started to chug like i was in to high of a gear, stuck it in first still contiuned pulled over turned it off now it wont start it cranks tho, I checked everything it is getting spark and fuel. and all fuses are good. anyone have a clue? 1 Answer

battery is good i also tried jumping and popping the clutch, when i try starting it just keeps cranking
