How do i reset anti theft system

car woll not turn over.
Battery is good,starter is
good,ignition is
good,fuses and relays are
good. Am thinking the
security system is
keeping it from starting.
Car has always ran great
but i put in a new battery i
drove it one time now not
cranking. Headlights
work,pwr seat works but
nothing else. Please help

Remove wooden cover under passenger floorboard, disconnect the security module and see if it starts, you can also disconnect the keyless entry and see if it starts. There are some relays you can check under the hood above the driver front wheel, the cover is marked
