Info screen display message

My screen has stared showing a message “Your subscription has expired.
Please go to my.toyota.eu. to subscribe. I currently have no ‘subscription’.
My local Toyota dealer can’t help and head office at Burgh Heath advise a 3wk
response to emails!
Any suggestions?

Did the dealer even try a reflash of the entertainment system?

Have you tried going to the website to decline the subscription? With the vehicle being only 4 years old I find it hard to believe the Toyota Dealer can't do something. Isn't technically great? Finding new and exciting ways to get you to buy stuff you don't want or need! Jim
