could you clarify best pricing

the great great prices that you can get as showed in your chart includes any
rebates and incentives or i have to deduct from that price any additional rebates  
and then add the taxes and fees?

Prices are set by the dealers that are selling the vehicles. Remember, Cargurus doesn't sell vehicles. But don't get hung up over the IMV, as that is a comparison price based on other vehicles so sale on this site. Rebates and incentives are always taken off the agreed upon purchase price. Then add taxes and fees which will vary depending on dealer and state you live it.
