When I turn on headlights high beams work but not low beam both sides! What could the problem be?

When I turn on my headlights, only highbeam
works not low beam! What could be the problem?

May just be both low beams are out. Seen it happen many time can be going around with just one low beam light out and not notice one is out then the other one goes out and you think it is a problem but just both are burnt out.

Are they the original bulbs? If not, check that they are the correct type for your vehicle.

Check your multifunction switch with a multi-meter to see if the low beam part of the switch is working. Possibly the Gry/Org wire is the one which supplies power to the lights.
