I have a transmission leak please help

Asked by Luieee_z32 Dec 05, 2016 at 02:32 AM about the 1990 Nissan 300ZX 2 Dr 2+2 Hatchback

I started leaking trans oil about 3 days ago.  I check
under the car and I see leaked oil on the starter and
by the pan but it's dry  I'm not sure where it can be
from .

Is the oil from the engine or is it red ATF?
