Door lock - Dodge Journey

I have a 2020 Dodge Journey Crossroad. I can touch the door handle on the passenger side and all the locks unlock including the trunk. But when I touch the handle on the driver's side, only the driver's door unlocks. Is this normal?

The way to set the door locks to unlock all the doors at once is to go to the settings button on the radio and go to the unlock section.

    the remote start works, but the heater or air will not come on,so it deafeats the purpess of warming the car up. dodge says with the heater auto system its not suspose to come on.
