we own two Oldsmobile silhouettes which i have never jump started before.. the negative terminal of their batteries is buried under stuff and not accessible.. i know when you jump cars normally you attach to the positive and negative terminal on the powered car and the positive and the frame of the dead car.. can i attach both cars positive and frame since the negative terminal is not accessible ?

naw, I don't think so- when people use jumper cables they run the risk of having a battery explosion- maybe this is why 21st Century cars have batteries that are buried- to discourage this dangerous practice- "jumping" is a 20th Century habit that needs to die away- and be replaced by AAA battery service-
