Check the main power feed wire to the driver's door switch. Most common area for breaks is in the hinge area.

I had that problem with my 02 Aurora. Checked fuses, the splice under driver seat, changed the master switch and door module and checked the grounds still nothing. By accident I cut open the rubber cover between the door hinge and body, both of the orange wires were broke apart! I connected those and everything works now. Wasted 4 weeks of checking everything but never thought of the wires breaking. So check those it should help.
