were is the blower motor on a 2000 Intruge?

Most blower motors are accessible behind the glove box door, once you drop it all the way down.

the controls light up as if it were working but, "NO" blower not working on any setting

okay that eliminates the thermistor from being faulty, it leaves either a bad blower motor or a bad switch. If the blower motor resistor still looks corroded I'd replace it anyhow. Here is an image of the blower motor location:
