Car wont Stop Starting

So it began with the car not turning over
and initally it was a battery problem, then
the car would still not turn over so we
changed the starter out. Now the car wont
stop trying to turnover with out the key in
the ignition. So we replaced the ignition
housing and electrical component, and a
new starter and a new starter cellenoid.
New starter relay. The only thing that
would stop it from trying to turnover os
we unhooked the battery. We took out the
ignition switch, keeps trying to start, we
take out the starter relay, keeps trying to
start.
