Of course, but it still doesn't fit in the trunk.
You could consider buying run-flat tires as an alternative. That's exactly what I did when I owned a 2011 MX-5.

The first thing I did when I bought my NC in 2007 was to rush to wear out the rock-like OE Bridgestone run-flats, as they were almost intolerable. So I'm curious re what are GREAT 235/40R17 options in 2020?

I am considering a cross-country trip and was concerned about not having a real spare. I bought a rear wheel hub and welded it to my reconfigured bike rack. I bought a wheel and tire to match what I have on the car. The trunk still opens and I can also add one bicycle. A little awkward looking, but I'm happy with it.

I bought a 195/15 alloy wheel and tire that will tight fit in the trunk when deflated and run on front to save limited slip.
9ZZN...You're kidding, right? I've got to show this to my 4 yr old grandson....
Lost your account again Ernie? That much weight bouncing around will break that bike rack off before long.
A tire repair kit and a compressor along with a AAA membership is better.
Didn't think so, but maybe my Miata and Subaru feeds are bifurcated? Keep well and safe!
The feeds should not be different. Check your login. In the meantime be safe and well in Boston.
