The fuse in my 98 Oldsmobile aurora that controls the a/c, gauges, windows, ect. Keeps blowing.. What could be causing this?

This problem is typically caused by a short in the wiring or components. The insulation can be worn or cut which allows the bare wire to occasionally ground on the metal body.

Agree with Gurusdoc. When you replace the Breaker/Fuse, are you using the same Amperage? Check your fuse-box to locate that particular circuit. It will show a color chart and Amperage size for that particular circuit.
