My car was caught in a flood it starts and runs fine
but the lights such as crusie control and brake fluid
keep coming on i added brake fluid and it comes
back on i don't know what to do my buttons on my
door was not working now they are except for the
seat button I can't move my seat

All fluids need to be changed when a car is in a flood. This includes engine oil, transmission fluid, differential lube, brake fluid and gasoline. Numerous electric issues can come about also. Insurance companies usually will declare a total loss for these cars.
