Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Do you have voltage anywhere? Try your fuse box, use a test light to check for voltage, some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with key on, check them both ways. If the starter motor won't crank the engine, there are two voltage circuits to starter motor, one comes from battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot when the starter relay is energized. The starter motor is grounded through the engine block. All I can do is help with testing, you have to do the testing. Any testing at starter motor, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
