Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the starter .and the battery,the
ignition switch .the lights come on but
nothing I even tried to replace the fuel filter
what could it be

Sorry its early misspelling, ok no crank, battery has 12 volts correct? If so take a look at the main ground for the battery and the main ground for the car?
