Air Bag gauge light comes on and stays on why is that ?

It never did that before until I changed the battery now I have my airbag, security, light
indicators  stay on

remove the neg cable again on battery turn on ign switch to start for a second once...all the way! turn off then hook up ground again...any better/help?
