Where is the cooling fan switch?

Both fans on radiator not working.

Yes I know you are talking about the fans. Ok this is how it works only one fan comes on when vehicle reaches normal operating temperature both fans come on when you turn on your A.C. because it needs more air flow. If both fans come on when you turn on the A.C but the one does not come on when vehicle reaches its normal operating temperature you have a bad coolent temperature sensor.

Agree with firebird,cut the ac on,if fans, dont come on then,check the fuses and fan relays,

If fans are not coming on when you turn on your A.C it's not your coolent temperature sensor it has to be what T_S_T recommended fuses and fan relays. If it was the coolent temperature sensor the fans would have come on when A.C was turned on so that means you have no power going to fans.
