1996 Olds Ceira no start, chirping noises from g.b

Okay,6 months ago the local gas
station refueled main gas tanks
w/ diesel. My car victim.
Insur. Co. Paid/ I kept car.
68K miles,nice car.
Post tank cleaning.. ran great
until warmed up, them would  
home in drive only
Clanged O2 sensors & EFG.
Car started but idle was rough.
Research led me to unhook the
negative battery cable to reset
ECU.
Left cable off for 2 days.
Now car won't start and has
purring/chirping noises coming
from the fuse box/glove box area.
Please help & thank you in
advance.
(Pre diesel this car would put a
New York cab to shame. Great
car.. )

The chirp might just be the blower motor going bad. Does it change if you change the fan setting?
