What would cause the car not to start

Car started fine all day with no problem got to
messing with the fuses and now the car will not
even try to do anything headlights work fine but no
dash lights or no power to the starter

If you have not resolved the issue yet there should be a 60a fuse in the BTN fuse place under the hood in the fuse box
