Which car should I keep?
Hi everyone. I could sure use your help on this. I
bought a 1989 Toyota Camry (showroom shape) a
few years ago that has 135,000 miles on it. I can't
tell you how many starters I've replaced, but I CAN
tell you I have replaced just about everything on it.
My friends gave me a 2000 Plymouth Neon with
about the same mileage on it. They bought it used
from a dealer and haven't done any work on it for 2
years, including routine maintenance. Both cars
need front-end work for around $600 each. My
dilemma is I do not know which car to keep.
Everyone keeps telling me to get rid of the Toyota
because it's a money pit. I'm on disability and can
only keep one. Any help with this would be
GREATLY appreciated.
