what would cause the fuel indicator needle to stop working and gas light come on could it be a fuse?

trying to determine if a fuse could be responsible for the gas needle not working?

Hi guys, hope you are doing well! I have to replace the AC evaporator core in my 2008 E350 V8 gas ecoline van. Any idea or video about how to remove the E350 ac evaporator core? Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers, JP
