its a 1998 Plymouth Voyager 3.0 engine. there is fuse box there as well as panel with fuses and modules under hood next to battery

have you checked the obvious on the fuse box? and ignition relay?also there is if i remember there is a shut off relay to stop fire in a colision has this tripped? if it has it would give the same symptoms as it tells the ecu to shut off the ignition circut so it is dead you would have to call out an auto sparky to test the ecu and relays to check

how would i know if one of the modules are bad?or the relay? regular fuses all seem ok. and where would the shut off relay be and is there a way i can test myself?

i refer to the haynes manual on the electrical system as it gives a comprehensive wiring diagram for the voyager and is able to show the positions of the relays and what they do as for the ecu module it has to go onto a diagnostic computer to give the fault code and to be reset so unfortunatly it has to go to the specialists i had a problem with my voyager on the charging side and by passed the ecu with a bridge rectifier bolted to the bulkhead as the cost of a new ecu was disgusting.if you were in the uk i might be more of assistance as i could phisicaly look at the car and possably rectify it but there is a pond between us
