!!!Need major help with breeze!!

Asked by jdwilder23 Dec 24, 2014 at 10:29 PM about the 1996 Plymouth Breeze 4 Dr STD Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok i have had this car for about 2 weeks
and it was running great. My grandfather
had got it repaired before i got it and that
was the fuel injector 1. Then it started
sputtering and stalling at lights. I changed
the wires, plugs, and coil pack and its still
running the same. I brought it to autozone
and they say its still a misfire on piston 3
and multiple misfire.(codes P0300,P0303)
so i have no idea what to do. Anything
would help thank you all.

I wonder if a bad fuel injector pressure regulator might be the problem? When the one in my car went out, it caused the car to run rich and fouled the plugs up. My car is pre OBD II, so there are no codes and no idiot lights showed.

A bad tank of gas would do that. Fill the tank and treat for moisture. Good luck.
