Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have been trying to repair my 1986 e150 van for awhile now. recently have
replaced the battery, alternator fuel pump replays  eec power relay, and my
battery still will not charge while the vehicle is running, i think i need to change
the voltage regulator, i found a replacement at the store so i know its not on the

Check on the fenderwall next to the Starter Relay. This is just a generic answer, voltage regulators are usually mounted either to the back of the alternator, or to the fenderwall near the starter relay, when they're not built into the alternator.
