Thanks, where is EGR valve located? Somewhere near exhaust manifold? I guess red button is a transmission issue. Thank you again for quick response.

No, the red button is to restore fuel pressure if you've had a "bumper tap" which will stop all fuel pressure~ the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve will introduce exhaust gas into the intake plenum...when combustion temperatures get to be too hot...and upon deceleration to remove just that amount of noxious gas from the atmosphere, but recirculates it~...you definitively do not want that bugger open when you want power~
OK, I have replaced EGR valve and control solenoid, but did not fix the problem. I got Haynes manual and find out fuse 20 was blown and replaced it, Wow, that took care of hick up and over drive off button. But fuse blow in 3 days, replace then blow 1 day, next one half a day. I guess have short circuit somewhere, Can I find a wiring schematic? Haynes manual dose not cover what I need to see.
