2000 Ford E 250 Passenger Window: How do I disconnect it!?

I have a 2000 E 250. It does not have child lock for the windows, and my dog
likes to ride with my head out of the window while I drive, but occasionally his
feet will hit the button and move the window up, almost choking him. How
would I disconnect this on the passenger door only?
