I heard my back suspension pop
As I ran over the train tracks, I heard a pop on my
e150 van. I think is was the suspension, I heard it
On the back of the van, and now my van is driving

It likely popped the bump rubber on top of your shock absorber(s) or something similar. You should get it checked out by a trusted mechanic. Depending on how old your shocks absorbers are, it is also possible you may have busted them. Is the rear end a little bouncier than usual? Good luck!
