The hose is leaking? Why not fix the leak?

Sounds like a heater hose. Are you saying it is leaking where it connects to the firewall?

AC condensate or coolant? Do you have a heater in the back of your van?

I have controls for heat and ac in back of van yes, and no not the fire wall I mean 3 inches from the back bumper I know I've never seen this before in any vehicle but it's a steady drip

Your rear heater is leaking. You need to investigate. Without eyes on it all we can do is advise you. You must actually do the work of finding the leak.
