Where is the fuel filter located on a E-250 Econoline cargo Van?

Engine stops sometimes while driving and will not start again unless it sits for a while or
after I spray starter fluid in it.

should be on drivers side frame rail.

The fuel filter isn't your problem. Once plugged, it would remain plugged - you couldn't start it again. You're probably looking at the fuel pump failing. Especially if you have to let it sit and cool off before you can start it again. This used to be an ignition module concern but since you mentioned starting fluid (which is a BAD IDEA), then we can assume that it's a fuel problem.

I have E250 2010 Ford I checked Andre the drivers side for the filter is not their any idea were can be?
