Did you bench bleed the new master cylinder ? What condition are the brake lines ?

Yes I did the bench bleed, and as far as I can tell the lines are OK. After pumping the brakes for about two hours and still no leaks.

Check for loose front wheel bearings. If one of the bearings is loose pedal going to floor because rotor is moving when brakes are applied causing pedal to go to floor.
