Car won't start. Lexus is300

I have a Lexus is300

So I ran my car out of gas and I put some new fuel
in(premium) and it still wouldn't start so I replaced
the fuel pump and check if it was getting a park
and it is and it just won't start at all what else
should I check

How much did you try to start it after you killed it? It's easy to burn up the starter when troubleshooting that sort of stuff so I'd start there. If it's not even turning over then battery is your next stop.
