500 dollar reservation refund

Hi, i recently put in a 500 dollar reservation for this
2021 corolla. Yesterday i purchased the car and
they said they hadnt recieved the reservation and
its a new system that they dont exactly use yet.
The amount was not put towards the car and they
said i needed to contact carguru to get it refunded.
Let me know what can be done thank you

For something like this you'll need to contact Cargurus Customer Service directly. Don't call them, email them. Also, contact the payment method and notify them of what happened and, if possible, put a stop payment on the $500. Jim
