Question type: General
My Camaro has Goodyear Eagle F1 Summer only Run-Flats. The tires have
about 900 miles on them. They have close to zero grip. Is this typical?

Hi, thanks for the questions back. Zero grip on dry roads in 80F weather. Taking corners in this car is down right scary at times. Car slides (front end), give a bit of gas and the rear end kicks out. Braking is a similar situation - no grip - ABS constantly working. Any help is appreciated?
Odds are you are overpowering the tires. I am guessing you are trying to drive full throttle. If you are driving in a sane manner at rational speeds perhaps the tires are defective or worn out. Have a tire shop check them out.
Did you buy the car used? If so, previous owner may have had some fun doing burn-outs and wore out the rears. As F_O_R stated, take it to a reputable tire shop and have the tread depth measured.
