93 Voyager 3.0 Not starting

Starter turns it over and it tried to start for about a second. Went through normal
and flooded sequences several times. No start. I cannot hear fuel pump. Also
don't see a fuel pump fuse.

Fuel pump relay and fuse is at the Engine compartment fuse block/box. "No starting condition" generally is caused for 3 main malfunction reasons: 1.Power, 2.Fuel, and the 3. Compression...., If the engine is turning strong and (No starting condition) persist, and assuming engine cylinders compression and ignition unit/coil/spark Plug are good, Check fuel pressure at engine's fuel pressure port, Check fuel lines and filter for dirt/water, Check fuel pump fuse and relay, Check Fuel pump electrical connection for Voltage/Amperage at positive pin and for Ground/Resistance at NEG pin. fix and replace as needed. Thanks.
