Can someone help me out?

I recently replaced all my lifters on a 96
ranger 3.0 had manifold ported and polished
up new gaskets and seal's cleaned up the
motor and put it back together now she's
turning over but not firing replaced cam
synchronizer and spark plugs any other
ideas anyone can give me

Did you soak the lifters overnight in motor oil? This gets the air out of the cavity inside so it can provide the cushion effect a hydraulic lifter provides. If not you need to prime the oil system with an outside oil pressurizing tool .

No I did not so ill probably have to replace the new ones now I have tick n a grind like no oil is moving in her can I email you a video my email is alan.redden.2@gmail.com
