Did you replace the slave cylinder? Are the threads stripped out?
Its a new slave cylinder when i bleed it the line pops out
Are the threads stripped in the feeder line? Or is that new also?
Is the clutch peddle hard? Is it possible that the throw out bearing jamed?
No it is soft and replaced new clutch and master and slave but i can pump it a couple times but then the line pops out idk if the white sleeve on it is causing this or not
Is the white sleeve plastic and inside the slave cylinders threaded reciprocal? Sorry for the simple questions but it's a bit unusual with what's going on
It has a clip on the slave cylinder where the line goes in. The sleeve is supposed to be used for easy take off. Its brand new. The line just keeps popping off the cylinder
I'm going to have to do some research on this. Very unusual.
Mine is doing the same thing? Did you get it fixed? If so what was wrong?
The new slave cylinders have an external quick connect which is not strong enough to hold the pressure of the clutch so you will need to get an o.e.m slave cylinder because the quick connect is internal and much stronger
The slave cylinder design uses a single clip instead of a barbed fitting. The clip is tapered on one side, but flat on the other. If the clip is flipped around backwards, it will be almost impossible to put the master cylinder hose into the slave cylinder, but it will pop-out fairly easily. If the clip is in correctly, it is difficult to slide them together, but it is pretty solid keeping the line together. If the clip gets damaged, it will pop out and the clutch connection will keep coming apart resulting in a solid clutch pedal and no way to actuate the clutch.
