Can the temperature of a heated steering wheel be adjusted on a 2020 Dodge
Grand Caravan ?

Probably not on a Dodge Caravan. Turing it on and off is a good option. What does your owners manual say on the subject?

Owners' manual does not have any info on the subject. Dealership says no it can't because customers were complaining of it being too hot on older models so they made them to be cooler but I drove a 2022 Jeep Cherokee and the wheel was much warmer than mine
